My Story — Why I Do This Work
Here’s the part most coaches leave out: I didn’t arrive here from a place of having it all figured out.
I was diagnosed with ADHD late in life — after years of wondering why things that seemed easy for everyone else felt so hard for me. Why I kept repeating the same patterns. Why my brain ran fast and the pause always arrived a beat too late. Getting that language changed everything. It turned “what’s wrong with me” into “oh — that’s just how I work.” And it sent me looking for the tools no one had ever handed me.
That search is what I do for other people now. I’ve spent years learning this work — through certification, through supporting people through hard seasons, and through living it myself. I know what it’s like to feel like the problem. I also know, deeply, that you’re not.
Everything I build — the coaching, the workbooks, the tools — comes from that place. Real tools, for real people. Shame-free, every step of the way.
